Mexican Bar in Tbilisi is Hiring: Waiter/ Bartender and Junior Chef

Tbilisi-based "Mexican Bar" is announcing job openings:

1. Waiter/ Bartender

We are looking for an energetic and communicative person who loves interacting with people and has experience working in the service industry.

This position combines the functions of a waiter and a bartender - our bar's menu is simple, with only a few cocktails that can be learned to prepare onsite. Bartending experience is not required.

Requirements:

English language skills are a must - most of our guests are foreigners; Experience working in the service industry; Responsibility and punctuality; Friendly and professional communication with guests; Ability to work as part of a team.

Working conditions:

Position: Waiter-Bartender; 5 working days a week; 9-hour work schedule; Salary: negotiable; We will teach you how to prepare cocktails onsite.

Our bar has been operating in Tbilisi for 3 years, and most of our guests are foreigners. We are looking for someone to join our team and create a friendly and pleasant environment for our guests.

2. Junior Chef

Our team is looking for a junior chef who wants to learn the specifics of traditional Mexican cuisine and dish preparation. 0-1 year of experience.

For us, it's essential that you love your job, are clean, organized, and punctual, and have a desire to learn and develop.

The training period is paid. Working days: 5 days a week. Working hours: 7-8 hours a day.

The salary is negotiable and growth-oriented, depending on your development. The salary is paid every 2 weeks.
