The subsidiary company of Nikora Management Group "LLC Nikora" announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Production Area:

Working conditions:

** Schedule: 09:00-18:00 ** Break: Saturday + 1 day ** Salary: 3630 GEL (NET) ** Workplace: Nadzaladevi, Al. Mrevlishvili St. #2

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Ensuring the proper functioning of the production area under responsibility; ** Getting acquainted with the production plan at the beginning of the working day, distributing it to employees, and controlling the timely and high-quality execution of the work plan; ** Managing the process of forming meat products - controlling shape, size, weight, and quality; ** Managing the production processes taking place on the site, ensuring full compliance with technological standards; ** Controlling the proper functioning of machines and ensuring timely resolution of any issues; ** Controlling the warehouse under responsibility, managing balances, and maintaining relevant records; ** Managing subordinate employees and effectively distributing tasks; ** Monitoring compliance with hygiene and sanitary norms.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education (preferably in a technical/technological field); ** At least 1 year of work experience in a managerial position; ** Experience working with machines will be considered an advantage; ** Knowledge of office programs at the user level.

Personal skills:

** Ability to plan, manage and organize;

** Attention to detail;

** Ability to timely identify and eliminate problems;

** Ability to work in a stressful mode;

** Communication skills;

** Teamwork skills;
