Resident Care Manager

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

At "Archi" we are looking for a Resident Care Manager and his main functions will be:

** To ensure residents' satisfaction, loyalty and positive customer experience.

** To ensure effective communication with residents, planning, organizing and conducting individual and group meetings;

** Collecting feedback, identifying their needs and expectations, initiating relevant improvements.

** To ensure that residents are informed about planned, ongoing and completed works and other important news;

** Receiving, recording and responding appropriately and in a timely manner to phone calls, written appeals and other types of notifications from residents;

** Constantly updating information about residents, reflecting changes in the database in a timely manner and ensuring the accuracy of information;

** Planning, organizing and managing various events for residents;

** Managing neighborhood electronic communication platforms;

** Coordinating residential complex maintenance services and managing daily operational processes;

** Monitoring maintenance service-related payments, preparing relevant reports and communicating with residents if necessary;

** Making visits to objects in the portfolio.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;

** English language skills at a communicative level are required;

** At least 1 year of experience in the service sector is required;

** Knowledge of Microsoft Office at a user level is desirable.
