Hotel "ASTORIA TBILISI" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Administrator.

Main responsibilities: - Receiving guests according to the standards existing in the hotel; - Providing guests with the desired information - about services, rooms, tariffs, and other services available in the hotel; - Registration of guests in the system and performance of relevant operations; - Receiving incoming telephone calls and providing / redirecting relevant information; - Establishing effective and positive communication with guests; - Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Basic requirements: - Knowledge of English and Russian languages is mandatory (the interview will be conducted in Georgian with English and Russian components); - At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is required; - Knowledge of hotel programs (preferably Fidelio and/or Electra);

Salary: 1300 NET GEL Workplace: Tbilisi, Chonkadze 21 Working hours: 2/2 shifts, 12-hour schedule - day and night shifts.
