Senior Architect

"Wei Yap Architects" is a design-oriented international architectural company based in Tbilisi.

We work on various types of projects: residential, multi-functional, and urban directions, both in the region and on an international scale.

Our team brings together Georgian and international architects, urbanists, and designers.

At "Wei Yap Architects", we are looking for a Senior Architect and his main responsibilities will be:

** Managing the work process of the architectural group and delegating tasks, controlling progress, and preparing a progress report; ** Monitoring the activities of group members; ** Compiling architectural projects; ** Preparing construction drawings; ** Making changes/ corrections to architectural drawings if necessary; ** Preparing documents/drawings to obtain permits from relevant government bodies; ** Conducting site visits; ** Coordinating and supervising the object during the construction process, preparing a report on construction progress.

Requirements:

** Higher education in the field of architecture; ** At least 5 years of experience working on multi-apartment architectural projects; ** High-level knowledge of REVIT and/or ArchiCAD is required;

It is mandatory to upload a portfolio
