Commis / Kitchen Assistant

Commis / Kitchen Assistant responsibilities and main job functions include: - Providing constant professional, friendly and proactive service to guests, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting them. - Preparation and serving of all dishes and food products for à la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards. - Active sharing of ideas and opinions during daily briefing sessions. - Ensuring correct rotation of products in all refrigerators to minimize waste and risk of product spoilage. - Ensuring accuracy and compliance of products requested from the warehouse. - In-depth knowledge of all menu items, daily special offers and current promotions. - Ensuring cleanliness and proper condition of workspaces, kitchen inventory and equipment. - Adherence to kitchen policies, procedures and service standards. - Full compliance with safety, hygiene and sanitary norms in food preparation and handling. - Performance of other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification requirements: - Experience working in a kitchen will be considered an advantage. - Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards. - Ability to work effectively and coordinately with team members.

Work schedule: 5 working days, 2 days off Compensation for extra hours with additional day off
