Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated, self-organized, and energetic Sales Manager who is not lazy to work, loves communicating with people, and is focused on the company's overall success.

For us, it is particularly important to have a team member who has the ability to find clients from external contacts (Active Sourcing / B2B) and independently manage negotiations.

Location: Tbilisi Type of employment: Full-time

Key requirements:

• Personal car (mandatory) - for effective management of movement and meetings;
• Active sales experience: ability to attract clients from external sources and process "cold/hot" contacts;
• Self-motivation and self-organization: independent planning of own time, meetings, and tasks;
• Company orientation: focus on results, sales growth, and long-term cooperation;
• Clear and convincing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Active search for new potential clients and partners (external contacts, B2B meetings, site visits);
• Establishing communication with potential clients, conducting presentations, and leading negotiations;
• Offering the company's repair and construction services and closing deals;
• Creating a client base and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners.
