We are pleased to announce that we have a Service Manager vacancy in the large team of „Tsiskvili Group“. Workplace: Tbilisi Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Main responsibilities: - Managing subordinate personnel, distributing tasks, shifts, and work processes; - Planning the training process for interns; - Communicating with guests in accordance with service standards; - Monitoring the work performed by indirectly subordinate personnel; - Carrying out instructions within the scope of competence.

Requirements: - Knowledge of English and/or Russian at a communicative level; - Fluent speaking and communication in Georgian; - At least 2 years of experience working as a Service Manager; - At least 5 years of experience in the HORECA sector.

The candidate must be: - Polite; - Organized; - Able to easily navigate in a new environment; - Attentive; - Responsible.
