"m²" announces a vacancy for the position of Transaction Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

** Recording of accruals in the company's existing sales program;

** Making various changes in the sales program;

** Monitoring reservations;

** Implementation of changes in the sales process;

** Interaction with banks on loans;

** Preparation of reports related to the closing of the month;

Qualification knowledge and skills:

** Higher education (in the fields of business administration, economics, mathematics);

** Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of work experience;

** MS Office knowledge at a working level;

** English language knowledge at B2 level;

** Ability to manage time effectively;

** Attention to detail;

** Ability to share team responsibility and support;

** Ability to identify and analyze problems;

** Effective written and verbal communication skills;

** Flexibility to changes;
