Control Department Senior Specialist of I Category

LLC "United Water Supply Company of Georgia" announces a selection of candidates for the position of Senior Specialist of I Category of the Control Department for water supply and water disposal.

Work location: Tbilisi

Number of vacant positions: 2

Working hours: Full-time

Remuneration: 3,360 GEL (GROSS)

Function-Responsibilities:

• Participation in the organization and coordination of work processes, searching and processing data;
• Identification of illegal connections and preparation of protocols and acts of administrative offenses;
• Control of the accuracy and compliance of information in databases;
• Verification of zero-value subscribers (viewing metering nodes) and, if necessary, taking appropriate measures (preparing an act of checking the meter);
• Identification of users who use the company's water supply and sewerage network but are not registered in the company's database;
• Detection of facts of illegal use of drinking water consumption and sewerage network by bypassing the meter and without a meter;
• Detection of intentional damage to meters (falsification of digital indicators to violate recording accuracy);
• Submission of information and reports on the work done to the team leader, preparation of recommendations to improve the work process;
• Performance of duties determined by the legislation of Georgia and the company's regulations, internal regulations, business procedures, and other acts; implementation of other functions that arise from the specifics of the department's activities and are necessary for the effective functioning of the department;
• Performance of other tasks of the immediate supervisor within the competence.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's academic degree; priority areas/fields/specialties: law, finance, economics.
• Work experience: at least 2 years of work experience in a relevant or adjacent field;
• Office computer programs: high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Outlook;
• Language skills: knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable.
