Millennium School announces a competition for the position of Elementary School Mathematics Teacher.

The Millennium School mathematics teacher:

• Creates a learning environment oriented towards the development of each student;
• Creates a learning environment that helps students form positive attitudes towards learning;
• Helps students develop reflection and self-reflection skills;
• Creates an environment that helps each individual perceive and accept differences;
• Creates an environment where each student is involved in solving mathematical problems and playing games;
• Encourages students' initiatives and desire to ask questions;
• Uses modern teaching approaches and diverse teaching resources in the teaching-learning process; can develop a detailed and balanced curriculum tailored to students' needs;
• Collaborates with the stage coordinator, class teachers, and the psychology team to care for the academic, social-emotional development of each student;
• Establishes active communication with parents based on students' needs;
• Participates in professional development activities offered by the school.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of teaching experience;
• Experience working in non-formal education is desirable.

If the interview is successfully completed, the candidate will move to the second stage of the selection process, which involves performing a specific activity selected individually for the candidate.
