Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: 12-hour workday, both day and night shifts.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a cook Experience working in European and Georgian cuisine Knowledge/observance of safety, hygiene, and sanitary standards Ability to work in stressful situations

Responsibilities:

Primary processing of raw materials and products Sorting and ensuring storage of food according to established standards Preparation of dishes while maintaining calculations Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, equipment, and necessary inventory in accordance with sanitary norms
