Strategic Marketing Project Manager

Company "Zumeri" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Strategic Marketing Project Manager in the marketing team.

Work location: Tbilisi, Tsereteli Avenue #1

Type of employment: Full-time, 5 days a week

Main functions and responsibilities:

The candidate should be able to manage BTL and ATL campaigns. Accordingly, their responsibilities will include involvement in all stages of both digital and non-digital projects and close coordination with both internal and external teams.

** Active participation in developing marketing and communication strategies in accordance with the brand strategy and achieving long-term goals

** Analysis of market trends, generation of new initiatives and ideas to facilitate the brand's strategic growth

** Development and management of a calendar in accordance with strategic projects

** Strategic development of project/ campaign briefs or tasks and their implementation with internal and external resources and partners

** Managing the full cycle of projects of various scales - from planning to control of execution and evaluation of results - defining project tasks/goals in time, budgeting, and timely mobilization of resources

** Successful coordination of current campaigns/projects and effective communication with internal teams (designers, retail sales, operations, commerce, etc.) to synchronize current processes

** Interaction, negotiations, and successful management of joint projects with partners, agencies, and external teams

** Supervising the communication specialist with advertising companies

** Development and sharing of solutions according to different needs

** Analysis of the project using data-driven approaches, retrospective, and sharing of experiences after the project's completion

** Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently

** Reporting to the direct supervisor

Requirements and personal competencies/skills:

** 3+ years of experience in marketing

** At least 2 years of experience in the same or a related position

** Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools

** Strategic, analytical, critical, and creative thinking

** Effective written and verbal communication and negotiation skills (with both internal and external teams)

** Teamwork culture and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

** Organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

** Brief writing skills

** Ability to search for and discover new things

** Strong delegation skills

** Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner

** High-level English language skills
