Director's Assistant

Freedom Motors is announcing a vacancy for the position of Director's Assistant.

Freedom Motors is involved in transportation from the USA, Europe, and Asia. We are currently developing our office in Poti and are looking for an attentive and responsible team member.

Your responsibilities will include: - Arranging transit and shipping documents; - Interaction with shipping lines, terminals, and brokers; - Controlling payment and container processing deadlines; - Keeping records of containers and vehicles; - Resolving current work issues.

What is important: - Basic knowledge of English is mandatory; - Knowledge of Russian is mandatory; - Confident work with computers and spreadsheets; - Having a personal vehicle is mandatory; - Experience in logistics, accounting, legal, or administrative fields will be considered a plus.

Direct experience in logistics is not required. We value attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy, and a desire to learn. We will teach you everything necessary, show you processes in practice, and help you quickly get involved in the work.
