Main responsibilities: - Execution of individual plans established for branch/service center employees; - Opening/closing accounts, and performing any type of operation related to accounts within the scope of customer service; - Collecting data on clients' creditworthiness, ensuring the accuracy of information; - Providing high-quality service to existing and potential clients of the bank.

Requirements: - Higher education; - At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector in the direction of customer service (operational and credit direction); - Experience in selling credit products is required; - Knowledge of banking programs is preferred; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Personal skills: - Effective communication skills; - Ability to convey information correctly and convincingly; - Sense of responsibility; - Teamwork skills; - Attention to detail.
