Light Vehicle Service Manager

Position Overview:

** Ensuring high-quality and qualified car repair services for light vehicles

** Planning technical resources and workforce for the light vehicle service section, in accordance with existing challenges and contracts;

** Receiving, registering, diagnosing, and technically maintaining light vehicles in the service;

** Controlling the deadlines and quality of preventive work for light vehicles in the service;

** Identifying the need for spare parts for light vehicles and providing information to the purchasing department and requesting purchases;

** Controlling the work performed by directly subordinate craftsmen;

** Determining the needs of the service area (boxes) and workshop inventory and ensuring compliance with established standards;

Requirements:

** Higher education;

** Knowledge of office programs (MS Office) and Excel;

** At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position;

** High-level knowledge of automotive technology;

** Knowledge/experience working with any ERP program (will be considered an advantage).
