Job description - Providing services defined by the WM concept for WM clients (operational, credit, investment, insurance products and operations); - Timely, accurate and error-free production of operations; - Development of client relationships, increasing loyalty - Providing competent, operational and error-free information to the client, both on the account opening procedure and documentation, as well as on all aspects related to transactions and bank products. - Supporting clients in relation to any banking operation and solving any banking problems. - Analyzing client requests, providing product recommendations and offering the most favorable product. - Operational and accurate informing of clients about new products and technologies in an acceptable form and regularity. Providing financial and other relevant information about the bank to clients. - Providing offers to potential clients in the established form and standards, including electronic presentations. Organized production of feedback from potential clients, timely telephone and written response to them. - Effective organization of work to be performed - Providing explanations to representatives of internal audit regarding the audit object - Performing the functions of an intermediary between a private WM client and the bank, in case of interest on the part of the client in other bank products (except for WM products for private individuals); - Informing the immediate supervisor about the existence of problems in the service process. - Temporary combination of additional functions in accordance with the received task.

Qualifications - Higher education (economics/finance preferred, master's degree in MBA also preferred); - At least 3 years of experience working as a personal banker in a bank; - In-depth knowledge of standards and instructions required for serving WM clients; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages; - High-level proficiency in office computer programs (MS Office); - Comprehensive knowledge of banking products, processes, service technologies, and tariffs, as well as knowledge of competitive advantages; - Familiarity with the bank's technological products; - Presentation and sales skills, with experience in applying them. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
