Call Center Operator

Internet provider company "Georgian AirLink" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

• Receive/process incoming calls on the company's hotline and provide relevant consultations;

• Process, analyze, and report statistical information on incoming calls to the call center, to the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

• Refined communication and speech skills;

• Knowledge of office programs;

• Experience working in a similar position;

• Knowledge of a foreign language will be considered an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

• Having a sense of responsibility;

• Punctual;

• Energetic;

• Attentive.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: work is carried out according to a sliding schedule, which includes five working days and two days off.

• Internship period: 1 month

• Salary: 1000-1100 GEL (take-home pay)
