As an Operations Customer Expert, you will process service, repair, and damage cases in the automotive sector for Volkswagen Financial Services. You will review inquiries and documents, process cases in the designated systems, and ensure accurate, traceable, and high-quality processing according to defined processes.

Your Tasks - Processing service, repair, and damage cases in the automotive sector - Reviewing incoming repair requests, invoices, and relevant documents for completeness and plausibility - Processing, approving, rejecting, or forwarding cases according to defined processes, contract conditions, and guidelines - Handling complaints and follow-up cases, as well as complete documentation and escalation of unclear cases in the relevant systems

What you bring - Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking - Strong customer and service orientation, as well as good communication skills - Technical affinity and interest in vehicles and mobility - Structured, careful, and responsible work style - Ability to quickly grasp complex problems, find suitable solutions, and communicate them clearly and understandably - Secure handling of digital systems, as well as the ability to quickly learn new tools - Experience in damage processing, as well as in the automotive, insurance, leasing, or financial services sector, is an advantage - Knowledge in the areas of vehicle purchase, leasing conditions, and damage settlement is an advantage
