Marketing Team Leader

"Craft Food" Holding is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Team Leader.

"Craft Food" offers all healthy, fast food products produced by its restaurant network in one place to customers since 2022.

The Craft Holding includes the following brands: Craft Food, Craft Shawarma Express, Craft Grill and Beer Restaurant, Craft Pizza.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Developing marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Managing branding and rebranding processes, strategic positioning of the brand in the market, scaling brands and implementing growth-oriented strategies.
• Analyzing the market, customers and competitors, active and passive products, planning relevant promotions, creating marketing strategies and campaigns, sales and marketing data analytics - Campaign Performance, ROI, Audience Insights.
• Managing digital marketing and social media direction, planning and controlling advertising budget.
• Interaction with media, selecting influencers and creating targeted psychological scenarios for them - Emotional Triggers, Behavioral Patterns, Storytelling Mechanics.
• Managing and developing a marketing team.
• Monitoring and analyzing results and KPIs.
• Making decisions based on market trends and customer behavior analysis.

Requirements for working with us:

• Experience working in the food sector.
• Ability to organize and manage work processes.
• High-level proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, PPT).

Working conditions:

• Working hours: 5 days of work and 2 days of rest per week.
• Remuneration: fixed (depending on qualifications).
• Location: Tbilisi.
