Medical Case Management Manager

Insurance Company "Wizer" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Medical Case Management Manager.

Work location: 138 Tsereteli St, Medcapital building

Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:30.

Main responsibilities:

• Assessment of medical documentation and determination of compliance with insurance coverage/limits;
• Management of planned and emergency outpatient and hospital cases;
• Administration of guarantee letters and cashless settlement process;
• Analysis, verification and processing of completed work submitted by clinics;
• Ensuring effective and professional communication with clinics and insured persons.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher medical education (preference will be given to specialists in gynecology);
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Knowledge of English.

• Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Teamwork skills.
