Insurance Case Manager

"Kia Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Insurance Case Manager.

In the Post-Sales Department, the Insurance Case Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service for customers and effective management of insurance cases.

Working hours: - Monday-Friday - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM,

Saturday - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM;

Main functions/responsibilities:

** Proper management of the vehicle assessment process: evaluation, estimation, documentation, archiving, invoicing, sending, and control of payments,

** Control of the entire repair cycle of incoming vehicles;

** Evaluation of the quality of work performed, management and recording of working time;

** Registration of new and existing contracts and making changes, production of relevant documentation;

** Management and monitoring of contracts (cost, terms, payment conditions, etc.)

** Preparation of documentation according to company standards;

** Production of spare parts orders - formation of orders based on processed invoices, management of the ordering process, inventory control;

** Informing customers about the progress of their vehicle's repair;

** Control of deadlines for fulfillment of insurance claims;

** Preparation of reports and statistics related to insurance issues, control and analysis of insurance service prices;

** Response to problematic issues, finding solutions;

** Preparation of pre-planned reports and reporting to management;

** Work in relevant programs (1C, MS Office, manufacturer's programs).

** Ensuring high standards of customer relations, caring for their satisfaction;

Position requirements:

** Higher education (preferably in economics, business, law, or finance);

** Experience in the insurance field, automotive industry will be considered advantageous;

** Experience in sales or customer relations will be considered an advantage.

** Technical knowledge of vehicles and experience working with documentation;

** Knowledge of office programs;

** English language skills;
