Office Manager

The company and chain of stores "Clean House" has been faithfully serving customers since 2009, and since 2014, the network has started to grow on a large scale, and currently, the company is represented across Georgia with approximately 230 branches and over 1,500 employees. "Clean House" offers customers a variety of head and home care products. A wide range of products is available in any branch: perfumery, personal hygiene items, laundry and cleaning products, household items, dishes, stationery. The company "Clean House" is looking for a new team member for the Office Manager position.

Location: Tbilisi, Ksnsi Street 36

Work schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00)

Remuneration: To be agreed (determined according to experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

Organize office documents, Answer, control, and redirect phone calls to the relevant department, Receive, send, and delegate emails, Receive, sort, and redirect letters to the relevant department, Create working conditions in the office (provision of office and information materials), Schedule and arrange meetings in the Meeting Room, Welcome guests and pay attention to them, Perform other office tasks assigned by the Director.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education, Desirable experience working in a similar position, Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Communicative knowledge of a foreign language (English and/or Russian),

Additional skills:

Communicative, good oral and written communication skills, Ability to work independently, Logical and analytical thinking, Ability to search, process, and analyze information, High sense of responsibility, Detail-oriented,
