Job Opening, Hotel Receptionist

Location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili St. 81 Work Schedule: Shift work - 24-hour shifts every fourth day Remuneration: 1200 GEL Catering: Provided

Main Responsibilities:

• Professional reception, registration, and check-out of guests (Check-in / Check-out).
• Management of bookings and data recording in the relevant program.
• Handling phone calls and online requests.
• Providing information to guests about hotel services and rules.
• Implementation of settlement procedures.
• Quick and effective response to guests' needs.
• Preparation of reports and shift handover according to established standards.

Qualification Requirements:

• Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a communicative level.
• Strong communication and service skills.
• High sense of responsibility and organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs.
