English-speaking Tour Operator

"Dila Plus" is announcing a vacancy for an English-speaking Tour Operator position.

The company "Dila Plus" has been actively operating in the market for over 20 years and offers customers a variety of unforgettable tours in the directions of Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.

Working schedule: Monday-Friday - 10:30-19:00; Saturday - 12:00-16:00.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Sultnisani 11.

Salary: from 1800 GEL + bonus monthly.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Planning, budgeting, and developing tourist packages in agreement with partner companies;

** Coordination of the tour both in the office and onsite - full management of the process from start to finish;

** Arranging tour-related documentation and detailed communication with suppliers - hotels, guides, drivers, restaurants, and other partners;

** Establishing and developing business relationships with existing and potential partners (including new hotels and restaurants);

** Close connection with both the operations team and the financial department;

** Constant control of service quality during the tour and offering improvement initiatives.

Required professional/personal skills:

** Good knowledge of Georgia's tourist locations and regions;

** High-level English language skills;

** High computer skills (Microsoft Office);

** Organized, detail-oriented, and high sense of responsibility;

** Strong negotiation and communication skills;

** Communicative, open, and oriented on team members;

** Any experience in the tourism field (as a guide, tour manager, or product manager), experience working in an office will be considered an advantage.
