External Sales Agent

The Georgian Red Cross Society (GRCS) is a voluntary, humanitarian, independent non-governmental public association that operates as an auxiliary organization to the government in the field of humanitarian activities. It operates throughout the country in accordance with the statutes and mission of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, upholding fundamental principles and enjoying rights and obligations defined by Georgian legislation. The Georgian Red Cross Society was established in 1918.

Our mission is to help vulnerable people overcome the consequences of emergency situations and socio-economic crises, protect their life and dignity.

GRCS carries out its humanitarian activities across the country and annually manages to assist up to 300,000 socially vulnerable and fragile groups with the support of 39 branches and a network of 15,000 registered volunteers.

The Georgian Red Cross, through its Home Care Program and 27 social day centers across the country, ensures the well-being of socially vulnerable elderly people, responds to disasters, disseminates knowledge of humanitarian law, promotes voluntary blood donation, and more.

The Georgian Red Cross Society, within the F2F project, is looking for energetic and active employees for the position of External Sales Agent in Tbilisi.

Work location:

Tbilisi - various open and closed public spaces (different Carrefour branches, Tbilisi Central, Orbeliani Market, Vake Park, etc.)

We offer:

• Hourly remuneration - full-time 114.4 GEL per day, part-time 57.2 GEL per day
• Flexible working schedule - Monday to Friday, full-time (11:00-19:00) or part-time (11:00-15:00 or 15:00-19:00)
• Minimum 12 hours per week

Main responsibilities:

• Timely and effective implementation of project-planned activities within competence;
• Dissemination of information about the organization's mission and new project;
• Establishing contact with potential donors in public spaces;
• Conducting negotiations with potential donors and registering them on our website;
• Daily reporting to the immediate manager, adhering to internal regulations;
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Ensuring the implementation of the Georgian Red Cross Society's goals, strategy, and policy within its competence;

Qualification requirements and personal skills:

• Work experience in sales or service (desirable)
• Fluent speaking of Georgian
• Knowledge of foreign languages (desirable)
• Good negotiation and mediation skills
• Balanced, high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and manage various types of conflicts
• Conscientious attitude to work and reliability
