The "Super" team consists of around 400 employees, and we are currently looking for a new member for the position of Buyer/Purchasing Manager.

About the vacancy:

** Job direction: Household, domestic items & textiles

** Workplace: Tbilisi, Vera, Roman Miminoshvili St. #1

** Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 (1 hour break)

** Type of remuneration: Fixed only

** Salary: 6000 GEL (take-home pay)

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Developing, purchasing, and controlling the delivery process of the annual sales plan for products;

** Participation in the pricing process (base price), developing recommended prices;

** Sales analysis, including identifying hard-to-sell products and planning activities to stimulate sales;

** Participation in planning daily, seasonal, and holiday discounts, including developing promotional prices for products;

** Local market analysis - monitoring the assortment and prices of competitor companies;

** Expanding the range of products for sale (based on the realization of the existing assortment and market trends);

** Being informed about the characteristics of existing and new products and sharing this information with relevant structural units;

** Controlling product stocks/balances together with relevant structural units;

** Participation in processes related to managing defective products;

** Preparing purchasing documents, reflecting them in the program, and storing them;

** Preparing various types of reports with a defined periodicity and as requested;

Requirements for the Buyer/Purchasing Manager:

Qualification requirements:

** At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (commercial purchasing);

** Experience in an identical job direction (household, domestic items & textiles) will be considered a significant advantage;

** Higher education (in economics/business/finance);

** B2 level proficiency in English (for written and verbal communication);

** High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

** Effective verbal and written communication skills;

** Organizational skills;

** Ability to plan and manage time and work processes;

** High sense of responsibility;

** Ability to work in a team and be collegial;
