The company is announcing a vacancy for an Accountant position.

Work schedule - full-time Workplace - Chakvi Direct supervisor - Chief Accountant

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Control of accruals and installments;

** Monitoring of apartment sales/installment schedules and accurate reflection of monthly accruals;

** Constant control of buyers/owners' debts, payment timeliness, and accounts receivable (AR);

** Preparation and control of reconciliation acts with owners/buyers;

** Recording of expenses and operations;

** Timely and correct posting of the company's daily operational and capital expenses in the accounting program;

** Receipt, verification, and archiving of primary accounting documents (acceptance certificates, invoices, invoices);

** Control and comparison of existing balances/debts with suppliers (creditors).

** General accounting support

** Participation in the preparation of monthly tax declarations (income, VAT, profit, etc.) and/or timely reflection of operations on the Revenue Service (RS.ge) portal;

** Issuance, receipt, and control of electronic tax invoices (e-invoices) and waybills.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills & abilities:

** Higher education in finance, banking, or accounting;

** Work experience in an accountant position (experience in development, real estate, or hotel sector will be considered an advantage);

** Knowledge of accounting programs (e.g., InfoEnterprise / ORIS / Fina / 1C);

** Good knowledge of MS Excel (working with large volumes of data, tables, and charts);

** Basic knowledge of tax legislation.

** English language skills; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.

** Leadership and managerial skills;

** Ability to make decisions quickly and objectively;
