Project Manager

"Detra 2018" has been officially operating on the market since 2018 and offers full engineering, design and installation, MEP (water supply, fire protection, heating-cooling, ventilation, electricity) design, aggregate supply, installation and provision of complete engineering system services.

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Manager.

Location: Tbilisi, Nutsubidze St.; Type: Full-time;

Main responsibilities:

Within the mobilization period, create a project portfolio and gather the necessary documentation, including reports; Compile a work schedule graph together with the heads of the procurement and technical departments; Form a procurement schedule together with the Procurement Manager, constant updating, compliance with agreements and control; Compile a financial schedule of work and constant reporting to the Financial Manager; Mobilization of technical personnel together with the technical department and procurement, including site visits and planning of appropriate steps; Start work considering the recommendations of the Environmental Protection and Safety Manager; Receiving daily reports of completed work from the Site Manager and monitoring/control. Confirmation of the authenticity of orders sent by the Site Manager; Preparation of Form Two based on information received from the Site Manager, as necessary; Preparation of the acceptance certificate based on the Form Two confirmed by the Customer.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in a relevant field (technical education is prioritized); Experience in working on contracts and Form 2; Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office); Experience in MEP project management position: 2 years or more The employee must have technical skills;
