About the Position

We are looking for a professionally strong, creative and strategically thinking Social Media Manager who will be able to form our brand's digital image.

This position is not just about managing platforms - it's about telling the brand's story, creating emotion and translating design into a digital language.

Key Responsibilities:

** Managing the brand's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Behance)

** Creating and implementing a content strategy corresponding to the premium style

** Creating high-quality visual content (photo / video - Reels, Stories, Posts)

** Maintaining consistent brand tone and aesthetics

** Planning and managing the content calendar

** Analyzing and adapting international trends

** Managing advertisements and controlling the brand's unified communication

** Administering web pages; developing strategic content.

** Participating in the preparation of marketing activities;

** Producing reports / statements;

** Participating in advertising events;

** Permanently writing and publishing blogs and thematic articles (writing culture) using appropriate creative marketing techniques;

** Analyzing results and constantly improving content

Creative and Technical Skills

The position requires active involvement in content creation:

** Strong photo and video shooting and editing skills

** Knowledge of the following programs:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• After Effects

• CapCut / Canva

Qualification Requirements:

** At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position

** Strong visual and aesthetic vision

** Well-organized communication and copywriting skills (English is mandatory)

** Experience with design, architecture or premium brands (desirable)

Personal Qualities:

** Refined taste and special attention to detail

** Natural sense of brand perception and style

** Creative thinking with a strategic vision

** High responsibility and ability to work independently

** Ability to turn ideas into visual stories

Additional advantages:

** Knowledge of interior design or architecture ** Experience working with premium/luxury segment ** Using AI tools to create content ** Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles, including keyword research, content optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headings, alt texts), using Google Search Console and Google Analytics, as well as analyzing organic traffic and integrating it with content strategy. Knowledge of On and Off-page SEO basics.

Additional information:
