B2B Sales Manager

We are "M-Charge", a dynamically developing power bank rental service. Our goal is to keep the city's residents constantly connected. Our charging stations are located in the most popular locations in Tbilisi and Batumi: restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, beauty salons, fitness clubs, and shopping centers.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an active and goal-oriented B2B Sales Manager who is ready to involve new partners in our network!

What you will do: Direct sales (B2B): searching for and attracting new partners to install power bank stations. Conducting negotiations and meetings with business owners, managers, and decision-makers. Product presentation: the ability to convey the importance of our service (increasing customer loyalty, increasing the time spent by guests on site, additional traffic). Full cycle control: from the first contact to the installation of the device on site. Keeping records in the CRM system.

What we expect from the candidate: Sales experience in the B2B sphere, experience in HoReCa will be considered an advantage. Communication skills, goal orientation, energy, and focus on results rather than processes, willingness to work with objections. Self-organization: the ability to independently plan the working day (calls/meetings).
