Procurement and Logistics Manager

The company "Palati" is looking for a new team member for the position of Procurement and Logistics Manager.

Work location: Rustavi, G. Mazniashvili St. 4 Work format: On-site

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Planning, managing, and effective implementation of international procurement strategy and processes;
• Coordination of the full cycle of purchasing raw materials, materials, and technical resources on the international market;
• Finding, evaluating, and managing relationships with existing and new international suppliers;
• Conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers (prices, terms, delivery conditions);
• Managing purchase contracts and controlling their execution;
• Market research, price monitoring, and optimization of procurement processes;
• Full coordination of import, transportation, and logistics processes;
• Selection of logistics partners, organization of tenders, and ensuring the best conditions;
• Planning shipments, analyzing tariff data, and optimizing logistics costs;
• Preparing periodic reports for management.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in business administration, international trade, logistics, or a related field);
• Experience working in international procurement and logistics;
• Knowledge of foreign languages - (ability to communicate orally and in writing in Russian and English)
• Experience in communicating with international suppliers and conducting commercial negotiations;
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
