Customer Support Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager who combines strong people leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to Customer Support operations. You’re someone who enjoys developing people, improving team performance, and creating an environment built on trust, accountability, and open communication. You also enjoy working with data—understanding why something is happening, identifying patterns, and using insights to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions. Whether you’re coaching team members, managing performance, improving workflows, or resolving operational challenges, you stay organized, take initiative, and follow through on agreed actions.
