JSC "ProCredit Bank" announces a vacancy for the position of Marketing Specialist (Marketer).

If you want to share your experience in the marketing team of an international brand, are ready to engage in diverse marketing activities and projects, participate in the formation and execution of strategic brand projects, creation, management and performance monitoring of current and new marketing campaigns, then we are waiting for you.

Functions and responsibilities:

• Participation in the formation and implementation of the company's brand, marketing and communication strategy together with the marketing team;
• Participation in planning marketing events and campaigns and related processes;
• Interaction with partner creative agencies in the direction of digital strategy and campaigns, as well as activities related to brand positioning;
• Ensuring correct brand positioning;
• Development of long-term and short-term action plans in the marketing direction;
• Research/analysis of the competitive environment in the market;
• Creation of sales growth-oriented campaigns and ensuring lead generation;
• Research/evaluation of the effectiveness of conducted marketing activities and reporting;
• Initiation, planning and implementation of new projects together with the team;
• Other responsibilities related to marketing activities

Experience:

• +5 years of experience in marketing and branding;
• Experience in managing marketing and brand positioning projects;
• Work experience in a bank and marketing/creative agency will be considered an advantage.
