The "Clean House" chain of stores announces a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager.

Location: Kutaisi Work schedule: 5 days a week, (09:00-18:00, 1-hour break) Compensation: To be determined by agreement (based on experience and qualifications)

Job responsibilities:

Monitoring the receipt and storage of products Ensuring the issuance of products according to demand; Planning and distributing work time effectively for warehouse employees to ensure smooth warehouse operations; Controlling warehouse balances; Realizing written-off and damaged balances. Planning, leading, and coordinating the activities of warehouse employees, controlling employees Ensuring the protection of safety rules (labor and product); Organizing processes for the smooth operation of the warehouse, etc.

Requirements:

Higher education preferred; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Additional skills:

Ability to manage a team effectively; Empathetic; Knowledge of computer office programs is desirable; Ability to negotiate effectively; Ability to take initiative; Positive approach to issues and problem-solving skills; Ability to plan work independently; Ability to adapt and work effectively in a stressful environment; Analytical thinking; Organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively;
