Service Center Manager

Scania Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Service Center Manager!

Work location: Tbilisi, Ring Road Work schedule: 09:00-18:00

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Managing sales and commercial activities

** Participating in determining and monitoring the execution of sales plans and goals;

** Developing and managing business relationships with corporate customers;

** Analyzing sales results, reporting, and improving process efficiency.

** Operational management of the service center

** Organizing, managing, and controlling the daily activities and work processes of the service center;

** Ensuring compliance with Scania's corporate, operational, and service standards;

** Timely identification and effective response to operational issues and problems;

** Controlling inventory, orders, and periodic inventory processes;

** Ensuring compliance of the workspace, product placement, and cash operations with established standards;

** Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective management of issues arising in the service process.

Team management:

** Effective distribution of work among employees and control of performance quality;

** Ensuring compliance with work discipline and company standards;

** Timely provision of necessary information to employees;

** Organizing regular working meetings and caring for improving team efficiency.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience in B2B / corporate sales - a mandatory requirement;

** Experience in sales, commercial activities, branch or service center management;

** Experience in managing sales plans and KPIs;

** Team management experience;

** Knowledge of truck service and general structure;

** Experience in managing business processes and commercial activities;

** Experience in preparing reports and business analysis.
