Financial Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to analyze the company's financial results, identify business development opportunities, assess financial risks, and prepare data-driven recommendations for management. This position will be actively involved in the strategic decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly and monthly analysis of the company's financial results;
• Processing and interpretation of financial, operational, and commercial data;
• Analysis of profitability, costs, margins, and efficiency;
• Identification of business opportunities and their financial assessment;
• Identification, assessment, and preparation of preventive recommendations for financial risks;
• Comparative analysis of budget, forecasts, and actual results (Actual vs Budget);
• Monitoring of KPIs and evaluation of their performance;
• Preparation of financial models, forecasts, and scenario analysis;
• Financial evaluation of investments and new projects;
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc financial reports for management;
• Identification of opportunities for improving business processes;
• Collaboration with various departments to increase financial efficiency;
• Presentation of financial conclusions and recommendations for decision-making.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis;
• High-level knowledge of Excel (Pivot, Power Query, financial modeling);
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI platforms will be considered an advantage;
• Experience working with ERP systems;
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking;
• Detail-oriented;
• Business process vision and strategic thinking;
• English language skills.
