Branch Manager

"Game Zone" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager.

Company Game Zone has been uniting gaming enthusiasts in Georgia since 2010. The company is an official Sony PlayStation partner in Georgia.

Remuneration:

** Fixed salary, 1,500 ₾; (NET)

** Bonus for fulfilling the branch plan, 500₾ + additional growing bonus without an upper limit.

Type of work: Full-time

What do you manage?

** Ensuring the fulfillment of the branch sales plan;

** Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales indicators;

** Managing cash and accounting processes, posting sales in the warehouse program, registering new counterparties, performing cash operations, and ensuring the accuracy of relevant documentation.

Team management and development:

** Managing the work process of expert consultants and junior branch managers;

** Distributing tasks to employees and controlling the quality of performance;

** Creating work schedules and effectively redistributing resources across shifts;

** Controlling employee work discipline and timely arrival at the workplace;

** Supporting the adaptation and training of new employees;

** Conducting regular short meetings with the team, product trainings, and discussing results;

** Providing timely and specific feedback to employees;

** Creating a team-oriented, responsible, and result-driven work environment.

Branch operational management:

** Ensuring the accuracy of cash operations, cash discipline, and relevant documentation;

** Managing the process of receiving, moving, and placing products in the trading hall;

** Controlling product assortment and inventory continuity;

** Communicating with the relevant team regarding branch supply needs;

** Ensuring the accuracy of price indicators and timely reflection of price changes;

Customer experience:

** Ensuring the provision of correct information to customers about products, services, warranty conditions, and current offers;

** Professionally managing complex cases, claims, and problematic situations;

** Providing direct consultation to customers when necessary;

Marketing and branch content:

** Active collaboration with the digital marketing team;

** Participating in planning and creating video content ideas for your own branch;

** Preferred:

** Higher education in business administration or a related field;

** Interest in social media, video content, and gaming culture.

** The Branch Manager position is for you if:

** You have independently managed a store, branch, facility, or sales team;

** It is not necessary to know the technical details of all games and consoles from the first day. The main thing is a real interest in gaming and technology, management experience, and the ability to quickly absorb new information.
