"Premium Leasing" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Problem Assets Management Officer (field collection / car return).

Main responsibilities:

Communication with problematic borrowers, negotiations to repay debts and/or restructuring; If necessary, searching, identifying, and organizing the return of cars; On-site visits to overdue clients; Taking/transferring the car to a location determined by the company; Detailed reflection of visits and cases in the CRM system; Compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements; Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, based on the position held; Coordinated work with other departments.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education; Experience in problem assets management, collection, enforcement, and/or security is mandatory; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - user-level knowledge;

Essential requirements:

A car owned by the candidate; A valid driving license; We are looking for a motivated and responsible employee; With strong communication skills and negotiation abilities; With refined conversation manners and persuasion skills; Result-oriented;

Remuneration: fixed salary + monthly bonus Location: Batumi/Kutaisi
