Member of ACCOR group, Hotel "ibis Tbilisi City" is announcing a vacancy for a Demi Chef position

Your role will be:

** To ensure high standards of quality, taste and presentation of dishes;

** To provide all necessary ingredients for preparing the dish;

** To control product supplies and quality;

** To comply with food safety, sanitary and hygienic norms, as well as HACCP standards;

** To ensure compliance with labor safety rules and smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:

** Previous experience in a similar position is desirable;

** Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards;

** Experience working in a hotel will be considered an advantage;
