Job Title: Lawyer

Workplace: Anaklia

Work Schedule: Full-time

Qualification Requirements:

** Higher legal education;

** At least 2 years of work experience;

** Experience in the construction sector is desirable;

** Good knowledge of Georgian legislation;

** Knowledge of English - at least B2 level;

** Average knowledge of MS Office programs;

Responsibilities:

** Preparation, review, and legal analysis of construction and commercial contracts;

** Legal verification of contracts concluded with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners;

** Legal support for the company's daily activities;

** Providing legal consultations to the company's management and employees on issues related to the company's activities;

** Research and analysis of legal issues related to construction projects;

** Interaction with state bodies, local self-government bodies, contractors, suppliers, partners, notaries, public registry, and other institutions;

** Monitoring of current legislation, court practice, and regulatory changes and preparation of information and recommendations if necessary;

** Systematization of legal documentation and maintenance of archives;

** Effective communication skills;

** Ability to work in a team;

** Organized and detail-oriented;

** High sense of responsibility;

** Ability to identify and analyze problems;
