Location: Tbilisi, but candidates who do not live in Tbilisi and want to work remotely are also considered.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Provide customer service via incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence; ** Determine customer requests, search for information, and provide advice;

Requirements:

** Knowledge of German language (B2 or C1 level); ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ** Customer orientation and politeness; ** High computer skills; ** Quick and efficient; ** Accuracy and attention to detail; ** Teamwork skills; ** No work experience required;
