"MS holding" is looking for an Order Operator.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing orders received from partner companies and the sales department, and writing them down in the software; Verifying prices and barcodes when processing orders, identifying discrepancies, and communicating with sales managers if necessary; Agreeing on delivery deadlines for orders written down in the software with the manager and responsible persons of the sales department; Managing order invoices for customers (loading, correcting, canceling); Preparing software for returning products, loading invoices, and correcting as needed; Participating in the process of software transfer and write-off of defective products to the corresponding warehouse; Managing balances and internal movements in the working software.
Requirements:
Higher education; Experience working in the Apex program is required; Experience working on Rs.ge; Knowledge of MS Office programs; At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.
Working conditions:
Workplace: Tbilisi, Kakheti highway, Chirnakhuli street, #4; Working hours: 09:00-18:00; Salary: 1500 ₾
