Head Chef

The GreenWood hotel is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head Chef.

Work schedule: Full-time

Work location: Batumi, Botanical Garden, 1st lane of the Garden, N 3

Function-responsibilities:

** In consideration of organizational goals, setting short-term and long-term strategies/goals for the kitchen, to improve work processes, products, and implement high standards

** Constant involvement in the implementation of planned goals and development of new products for the successful operation and development of the business;

** Ensuring control of kitchen expenses;

** Taking care of reducing costs without harming production and product quality;

** Constantly caring about increasing revenue and maximizing profits

** Conducting planned inventory, analyzing results, and taking appropriate measures as needed

** Compiling kitchen technological cards and calculations

** Monitoring the dishes/semi-finished products prepared by subordinate employees based on the compiled technological cards/calculations

** Constant quality control of dishes and taking appropriate measures periodically

** Conducting periodic inspections in accordance with food safety/hasip standards, in accordance with the company's established procedure.

** Conducting periodic inspections of food suitability, expiration dates, storage conditions, and temperature

Requirements:

** Professional education in culinary arts is desirable

** Knowledge of office programs

** At least 5 years of experience working in a kitchen

** At least 2 years of experience working in this or a similar position

** Knowledge of HACCP standards

** The employee must have a high sense of responsibility, hard work, management/leadership skills, problem-solving skills, service/customer orientation;
