"Georgia Clinics" announces a Director vacancy at the Poti Hospital.

Location: Poti, Guri St. №171; Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour schedule;

Main functions and responsibilities:

1. Determination and management of the hospital's strategy in accordance with the company's goals and objectives:

1.1. Determination of the hospital's strategy and management, monitoring, and continuous development of business processes of the medical institution in accordance with the strategy;

1.2. Regular review of the strategic plan and, if necessary, its modification and/or initiation of modification, on the one hand, in accordance with internal and external changes (including legislative and regulatory changes) and, on the other hand, in response to trends, growth, and new development opportunities in the environment;

1.3. Development of an action plan for the implementation of the strategy and implementation of the necessary measures for the fulfillment of this plan; periodic assessment, analysis, and constant quality control of the performance of subordinate employees;

2. Organization, leadership, and management of hospital activities:

2.1. Management, monitoring, and ensuring continuity of hospital business processes and services;

2.2. Ensuring compliance of the medical institution's activities with license and permit norms, regulations, and standards provided by Georgian legislation;

2.3. Ensuring and controlling medical documentation in accordance with Georgian legislation;

2.4. Ensuring/effective management of subordinate structural units;

2.5. Facilitating the conduct of morning conferences with established periodicity;

2.6. Implementation and control of internal regulations, procedures, and rules in accordance with hospital policies;

2.7. Identification of problems, study, and solution of issues in the medical institution;

2.8. Informing employees about current news and changes in the hospital;

3. Orientation towards improving and growing hospital performance:

3.1. Analysis of existing services and finding ways to improve them;

3.2. Researching medical innovations, studying market trends, getting familiar with and sharing best international practices, and increasing the hospital's competitiveness;

3.3. Researching the need for new services/directions/projects, creating business models and case studies, and initiating them;

3.4. Initiating and monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement projects;

3.5. Continuous analysis of the hospital's business processes, monitoring income and expenses; optimizing hospital expenses;

4. Budget management (P&L):

4.1. Developing the hospital's budget, agreeing with the head office, and approving the budget;

4.2. Ensuring the execution of the planned budget and increasing revenue;

4.3. Ensuring the implementation of established plans and constant monitoring of the process;

5. Ensuring patient safety and service quality:

5.1. Promoting the correct implementation of medical processes through various organizational and problem-solving activities;

5.2. Promoting and supervising the implementation of standards, protocols, and procedures: (infection control, medical equipment and laboratory equipment operation rules, patient safety, medical guidelines, and hospital protocols);

5.3. Ensuring the circulation of narcotic substances in full compliance with the country's legislation;

5.4. Ensuring the hospital's medical activities comply with the licensing and permitting norms provided by Georgian legislation and eliminating shortcomings;

5.5. Coordinating and managing the international accreditation process;

6. Caring for the hospital's culture and human capital development:

6.1. Planning the hospital's human resources, determining and approving the necessary resources;

6.2. Participating in the employee selection process (considering the position of the candidate);

6.3. Reviewing/confirming the hospital's staffing schedule with established periodicity;

6.4. Promoting the attraction and effective adaptation of doctors to the hospital;

6.5. Constantly caring for the development and motivation of subordinate employees;

6.6. Promoting the qualification growth of hospital employees, along with the relevant structural unit of the head office;

Job vacancy qualification requirements:

** Higher education in Business Administration or Healthcare Management or Medical field;

** At least 8 years of experience in business development and/or commercial direction is a priority;

** 3-4 years of experience in a managerial position is a priority;

** Experience working in the medical field is a priority;

** Proficiency in office programs at the user level (particularly MS Excel);
