Clinic Epidemiologist

"Akademik Vakhutang Bochorizhvili's Clinic" is announcing a vacancy for a Clinic Epidemiologist.

Main responsibilities:

** Developing, implementing, and monitoring internal standards for infection prevention and control; ** Developing safety measures, creating a safe treatment environment, and preparing relevant protocols; ** Regular control of personnel's compliance with sanitary-hygienic, disinfection, and sterilization norms; ** Conducting epidemiological research and rapid response in case of suspected or confirmed infection spread; ** Including infection control issues in the continuous training system for personnel; ** Communicating with regulatory and public health authorities in case of suspected or confirmed communicable diseases; ** Caring for the professional health of medical personnel; conducting seasonal flu vaccinations; controlling and supervising the inclusion of medical personnel in the state program for managing hepatitis C through screening; ** Producing medical documentation in accordance with established rules.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher medical education or sub-qualification in epidemiology; ** Experience working in a similar position; ** Knowledge of office programs; ** Knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable.

** Organizational skills; ** High sense of responsibility; ** Ability to work in stressful situations; ** Communication skills; ** Punctuality.
