Financial Manager

LLC "Onyx Corporation" is seeking a Financial Manager to ensure the systematic development of the company's financial stability, sustainable growth, and effective resource management. The position involves determining the financial strategy, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting management in making data-driven decisions.

Terms:

** Work format: Full-time;

** Work schedule: 09:00-18:00;

** Location: Tbilisi, Saakadze descent #6

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Planning and controlling the execution of the company's financial strategy and policy;

** Comprehensive analysis of the financial condition, considering current and planned projects;

** Effective management and control of cash flows;

** Optimization of financial resources and effective cost management;

** Ensuring compliance of financial operations with applicable legislation;

** Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements (in accordance with IFRS standards);

** Monitoring financial indicators (KPIs) and evaluating performance;

** Interaction with audit companies and regulatory bodies.

** Management of tax obligations and control of compliance;

** Active participation in making strategic decisions for the company;

** Preparation of strategic financial recommendations for management;

** Capital management and efficient redistribution of resources;

** Identification, assessment, and management of financial risks;

** Optimization of financial processes and implementation of risk minimization measures;

** Leadership of the financial department and support for professional development;

** Regular reporting to management.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field;

** At least 3+ years of experience working in the financial sector, preferably in a leadership position;

** Practical experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting;

** Knowledge of financial risk management and internal control mechanisms;

** In-depth knowledge of tax legislation;

** Strong financial analysis skills and experience in making data-driven decisions;

** Experience in managing teams and leading strategic financial processes;

** High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills;

** Good knowledge of English and Russian (mandatory).
