Customer Service Specialist

"Georgian Service Group 2007", the first outsourcing company in Georgia, announces a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative position at its Tbilisi branch.

Responsibilities: Responding to emails and calls from foreign customers.

Requirements: **Fluent English language skills (C1 level)** **Computer skills** **High sense of responsibility**

Working conditions: **Initial (net) salary of 1200 GEL** **Salary bonus system (35%, 45%, 55% of salary)** **Health insurance package** **Young and motivated team** **Friendly and pleasant work environment** **Flexible work schedule (hybrid work possibility, several days from the office, several days from home) (full-time work, part-time work is not possible)**

Summer: **2 days from 9:30 to 18:00** **3 days from 11:30 to 20:00**

Winter: **2 days from 9:30 to 18:00** **3 days from 12:30 to 21:00**

One working day must be Saturday or Sunday, and one day in the middle of the week will be a day off (5 working days and 2 days off).
