Key Responsibilities

- Preparing, registering, and monitoring applications, complaints, and permit projects with the City Hall, Supervision Service, and other agencies.
- Conducting legal analysis of decisions or fines adopted by government bodies and appealing them administratively or in court.
- Developing purchase, supply, and partnership agreements, as well as participating in drafting employment contracts.
- Assessing and preventing legal risks associated with the company's activities (production, construction, trade).
Qualification Requirements
- Higher legal education.
- Membership in the Association of Lawyers (with a civil or general specialization) and the right to represent clients in court (mandatory).
- At least 2 years of work experience. Practical experience in litigating disputes and working with the City Hall/administrative bodies.
