Main functions and responsibilities:
Management and administration of the service:
Carries out strategic and operational leadership of the legal service, gives mandatory instructions to subordinate employees; Distributes tasks among service employees to effectively perform work, supervises their activities, and evaluates the work done; Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the service's activities, develops an effective strategy for implementation and management, and internal service policy; Responds to violations of service discipline by employees in accordance with legislation and the clinic's internal regulations; Prepares and presents periodic reports and presentations on the activities and results achieved by the service at the request of the head; Performs other current and legal tasks assigned by the clinic's management.
Legal support and document circulation:
Evaluates, prepares, and approves legal documents, clinic orders, and internal regulatory acts within the scope of competence; Develops and prepares drafts of contracts, memoranda, and agreements related to the clinic's activities; Prepares any legal documentation required for the clinic's current activities or interactions with various institutions within the scope of competence.
Representation and debt management:
Prepares claims, responses, petitions, and other procedural documentation to be submitted to arbitration, court, and other state or private bodies; Personally or through subordinate employees, protects the clinic's legitimate interests in all instances of common courts, arbitration tribunals, administrative bodies, and in relations with third parties; Fulfills direct supervisor's instructions and lawful tasks.
Qualification requirements:
Education: Higher legal education (master's or equivalent academic degree preferred); Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 1 year of experience in a managerial (lead) position;
